Welcome to the WTFParts shop FAQ! We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to assist you with any inquiries you may have. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for below, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team.

1. How do I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our website and add the desired items to your shopping cart. Once you have finished selecting your items, proceed to the checkout page and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. You can choose the most convenient option for you during the checkout process.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We strive to process and dispatch orders within [5] business days. Please be advised that if your item is a custom or special request item this could take longer to fulfil. I will, however, be in touch the entire time and give you updates on your item. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time will be provided to you.

4. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, you can select your country for shipping options and associated costs. If your country is not listed, please contact me on Discord or wtf@wtfparts.info and we can arrange the sending of your item there

5. Can I track my order? Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your package through our website or the shipping carrier’s online tracking system. All items from 01/06/2023 will be sent tracked.

6. What is your return policy? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact myself (wtf@wtfparts.info) within this timeframe to initiate the return process. Make sure to review our detailed return policy on our website for specific instructions and any applicable conditions.

7. Do you offer discounts or promotions? Yes, we periodically offer discounts and promotions. To stay updated on our latest offers, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media platforms. Additionally, keep an eye out for any ongoing sales or promotions highlighted on our website.

8. Are my personal and payment details secure? Absolutely. We take the security of your personal and payment information seriously. We employ industry-standard encryption technologies and adhere to strict data protection guidelines to ensure your details are safe and secure.

9. Do you offer cheaper postage? As of this time I cannot as standard offer cheaper postage. However, if you would like cheaper postage then you can contact myself on Discord or email and we can discuss this further. Please bear in mind that the prices for postage are based on the lowest cost tracked postage possible. This is done to insure the package so if it were to get damaged in transit I can refund you and I can recoup my lost costs

10. Can you send my package to a 3rd party shipping company? Yes, however as soon as the package has been delievered to the 3rd party company I cannot be held liable for any damge in transit problem that could arise. In this case I will not offer a refund for damaged goods.

11. Do you do custom requests? YES! Contact me on Discord or email and we can have a chat. Please bear in mind that custom requests take a significant time as I want to ensure the highest quality possible so wait times can vary.
